The Medical BU is part of a larger packaging group that has total revenues of around $5 Billion. At the Duncan facility films are produced for pharmaceutical applications, ie IV Bags. All production is performed in a Class 8 clean room and is following strict GMP and PFS rules. The QA Manager is responsible for making sure that products are shipped to customers within specifications and to proactively correct any issues that potentially could arise.  Roles and ResponsibilitiesCustomer support Review of specifications from customers to ensure compliance with SAC specifications and answer any questions that may come up   Coordinate customer audits and follow up on any observations   Respond to customer questionnaire forms regarding Quality System  Customer complaint system Coordinate investigation of customer complaints, including root cause analysis and CAPA involving production personnel where possible.
